Dornoch Academy
Dornoch Academy is a vibrant, progressive school preparing its pupils for a full and successful life in the 21st Century. The School is proud of its well-cared for facilities, the happy demeanour of its pupils and its orderly, hard-working classes.
One of the 'top 20' Scottish state schools whose pupils achieved 5+ Higher exam passes, the Academy is always happy to welcome new families who are about to join the community.
The Dornoch Campus was opened by Sir Michael Bonallack in June 2001, providing a range of full and part -time vocational courses to the communities of East Sutherland and North-east Ross-shire. As well as conventional further education subjects, the college also delivers full-time degree programmes in golf management and business administration.
Dornoch Primary School currently has a roll of 207 pupils from nursery age 3 to Primary 7 age 12.
