Dornoch Distillery Crowd Funding Campaign! You will soon be able to visit Dornoch’s very own distillery during your Holiday in Scotland

The brothers now have plans to use their knowledge and skills to open a distillery at the Castle Hotel in Dornoch. They plan to ‘make a style of whisky that’s now extinct in Scotland’, the Whisky will be produced in a traditional style. They hope to begin production in the Summer and to produce a Dornoch Gin too!

Gin night at the Eagle Hotel

The Eagle Hotel’s recent Gin tasting night was such a success that they have decided to run another one on the 19th of February. Eric DeVenny from the Eagle said ‘Our Scottish Gin tasting night was a great success last Friday with a really good spread of folk from 18-80; as well as enjoying the Gins with a variety of garnishes & mixers, our entertainer Bugsy Maclean proved a great success once again!’
