The Dornoch Hotel is open to non-residents for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. You can choose to eat in the bar or the restaurant. Sample bar meals include soup, paté, garlic mushrooms and prawn cocktail as starters, chicken & bacon Ceasar salad, fish & chips, steak pie, chicken madras, ribeye steak or burgers for main course (with options for children) with sticky toffee pudding, banana fritter or ice-cream as a sweet.
Highchairs are available for children.
The restaurant offers an extensive menu: for example Toast Skagen (smoked salmon, prawns, boiled egg, grated horseradish and crème fraiche on warm toast), Turkey Benedict (two turkey escalopes with bacon and béarnaise sauce, served with hand-cut fries and coleslaw salad) and Deep Fried Ice Cream with cinnamon sugar and fruit coulis). A range of wines to accompany your meal include Australian Pinot Grigio, South African Chardonnay, Californian Zinfandel, Spanish Tempranillo Tinto and Chilean Merlot.
